Thank you for considering commissioning a painting. I look forward to hearing from you.

Stage One:

Consultation: It is essential to start a dialogue.  At this stage, we will discuss your desires and ideas for the painting and come to an agreement on cost, timeline and delivery.

1. There will be a £50 consultation fee which is non-refundable if there is no commission agreed upon. If we have come to an agreement, then the consultation fee will be subtracted from the final payment. The Final payment is 50% of the total cost of the painting.
2. If you wish to proceed with a consultation, please click on the PayPal button to the right and you will be directed to the PayPal payment page. You will receive a receipt from PayPal and I will be notified of the payment at which time I will contact you to determine the date and time of the consultation.
3. If we agree to a commission, I will supply you with an accurate thumbnail of the agreed image and I will send you a ‘Project Order’ for your approval and signature then we will progress to stage two below.

Stage Two:

1. Upon agreement of a commission, you will be required to pay a 50% deposit of the cost discussed with you before the work can begin.
2. I will tailor a PayPal button especially for you to reflect the agreed amount or  if you prefer you may pay by Cheque (see terms and conditions).  After you make this deposit, the work will begin as agreed in the 'Project Order'.
3. At this point I will ask you to please decide if you would like your commission to be showed on the public 'Work in Progress' page or on your own private viewing page.

Stage Three:

1. When the work is completed and accepted, it will be necessary for you to make the final payment using your desired payment method.
2. I will tailor a PayPal button for you to use which will reflect the balance of the account, if PayPal is your preferred method of payment.
3. When you make that payment, we can agree on when and how you would like to collect the painting.
